When you request the guide or inquire about Shelby Spotlight, we collect your name, email, cell number, and any property interest you select. These details are stored securely with the site’s hosting infrastructure and used by Shelby to fulfill your request and follow up about your Costa Rica plans. The guide requires these details before download. A temporary essential cookie gives you download access for one hour. If you book a call through Mixmax, your name, email, phone number, and any property preferences or comments you provide are used to arrange the meeting, prepare for it, and respond to your inquiry. Your answers are included in the calendar invitation. Avoid entering sensitive financial records, identification numbers, or medical details.

Services used by this site

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The podcast player connects to YouTube only after you press play. Booking takes place on Mixmax and meetings use Google Meet/Calendar. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

Follow-up and your choices

Your inquiry is used to discuss your real estate plans. You may ask to stop follow-up or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared by emailing Shelby. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements. Downloading the guide does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Meeting recordings

Booking does not itself authorize recording. If a recording is proposed for notes, this will be discussed with you before recording begins.
